On September 20, James Adler (pictured), adjunct professor of fine arts premiered his anthem, "Disciples for The Lord" at the Western Hills United Methodist Church in Fort Worth, TX. The anthem was written for chancel choir, handbell choir and piano and directed by Debra Rue (also pictured), minister of music.Commissioned and written to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Church, the premiere was conducted by Ms. Rue with the composer at the piano.
