The first beginner's yoga class will be held today at 5:30 in the Yanitelli Recreational Life Center Dance Room as part of the "5:30 Fitness” program.
Check out this class and others every week from Monday-Thursday. Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays: Body Toning Body toning is a medium intensity total body workout class that integrates weight training, abdominal and core fitness exercises. Instructors: Erica Rybinski and Kelly Wildeman
Tuesdays: Yoga Basics Fitness and relaxation meet in this introductory level Hatha Yoga class. Instructor: Bobby Mullan
Thursdays (beginning September 14): “All in One” Fitness“All In One” is a high energy fitness class that combines toning with cardio intensive exercises for a total body, heart-pumping workout. Instructor: Kelly Wildeman
