“Eucharist” means “Thanksgiving.” Let us gather to thank God for our many blessings as a college community and as individuals. Let us also celebrate and give thanks for and to one another.
Today, Monday, November 23, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in McIntyre Lounge, come to hear and to share the experiences of those who face homelessness as we prepare to celebrate this season of Thanksgiving. Residents from Peter’s Place, a shelter that offers temporary housing, will come and offer their personal insights into the causes and difficulties of homelessness. They will also offer ways to help contribute to those in need.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 24, at 3:00 p.m. the campus community will celebrate Thanksgiving with a mass in Saint Peter Chapel at 3:00 p.m.
