Stay in Town This Weekend!

Looking for something to do locally this weekend?

Professor Beatrice Mady of the Fine Arts Department will exhibit one of her Japanese Series Digital Prints, Bushido, at the 20th Annual Cathedral Arts Festival at Grace Church Van Vorst Gallery located at 39 Erie Street, Jersey City, NJ. The Gala opening is November 14 from 7:30 to midnight.

Or, try a night at the theatre with Saint Peter’s College's Argus Eyes. From Thursday— Saturday, November 12—14 at 8:00 p.m. in the Roy Irving Theatre, enjoy the murder and mystery of John Bishop’s The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940. When a weekend getaway is violently interrupted, the patrons must expose the murderer or die trying (and you may die laughing!). Matinee performances will also take place on Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

Out of town this weekend? Professor Mady’s exhibition runs through December 5, and you can catch this hilarious comedy next weekend, from Novemver 19-21 at 8:00 p.m.
